(I know I'm pretty much of a loser for not knowing how to drive when I'm already twenty-one) I made one round around campus in Asips car. He taught me how to stop, turn, and all the basic stuff I guess. It was a load of fun :D Ede (who was sitting at the back seat probably holding on for her dear life) and Asip said I did pretty well actually. Though I think I did quite a lot of panicking. I nearly ran over this man who was sweeping at the side of the road *whoopsie!*
Classes are okay, I suppose. But on the first day of class, I already felt sad.. and sick. I wanted to go home for some reason. Though home is no heaven, to me, it's just about the closest I'll get, right now. Assignments are starting to pile up. The political stuff going on between the lecturers at campus is pretty phucked up but aren't affecting us students just yet. My lecturers are pretty alright. A couple are pretty grandmotherly though very professional. I like! I got one lecturer who I know from back in Ipoh cz I'm friends with her sister. I was hoping she wouldn't recognize me. I'm supposed to be bunking at their place when I go back to Ipoh sometime next month but err.. I'm kinda rethinking that! Haha!
I had a gastric attack the other night. It was AWFUL!
That night was the worst night I had in a very long time. My insomnia is back for a start. I was sleepy as hell. It was already 2.30am and Ika and Ede were already fast asleep.
I went online to try help me distract myself from the pain but it was starting to get worse so I took a Gaviscon pill which usually is enough to ease the pain but that night, I took three and I was still curled up in a ball crying my eyes out because I couldn't breathe. You see, the type of gastric I have is the one where your chest hurts, not the stomach. So even breathing was a pain. It was 3am. I couldn't drink milk. I'm lactose intolerant. I tried calling Ina, but she didn't pick up *darn you sista!* So I called Ilyas, my personal medical advisor. Second to Ina that is. When he picked up I was sobbing uncontrollably. Come to think of it, I feel pretty ashamed right now. He said I should go see a doctor. It was half past three. Besides, Ede just came back from sending Kak Yana to the hospital.
I was so tired. I actually wished I had fainted from the sheer pain. Just so I could get some rest. The pain had eased by 4am. Thank God for that. I too had stopped crying and I guess I finally fell asleep not long after.
It was a horrible horrible night :(
